A complimentary 15-minute conversation.
Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person you’ll be working with. A Discovery Call is a free, no-obligation 15-minute telephone or online conversation where we can briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to achieve, and whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions about how I work, the counselling process, or any practical aspects of therapy. If we decide we’re a good fit, we can arrange your first appointment. If not, I hope you’ll leave the conversation with greater clarity about the kind of support you’re looking for.

I offer individual counselling in person, by telephone, and online, providing a flexible and supportive space to explore whatever has brought you to therapy.
Sessions are available online where appropriate. Learn more about how online counselling works.
No two people experience the world in the same way, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll work to understand your unique way of thinking, feeling, relating, and making sense of your experiences. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we’ll explore the patterns, relationships, strengths, and life experiences that have shaped you.
Drawing from relational, person-centred, attachment-based, psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and solution-focused approaches, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, goals, and cognitive operating system.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling that life isn’t working the way you hoped, therapy offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself, build on your strengths, and create a life that feels more authentic, connected, and sustainable.

Book a Session Get in TouchIn my work with couples, I draw on Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an evidence-based approach developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman from more than five decades of research into what helps relationships thrive, and what contributes to their difficulties.
Sessions are available online where appropriate. Learn more about how online counselling works.
The Gottman Method provides practical, research-informed tools to strengthen friendship, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, improve communication, and manage conflict in healthier, more productive ways. Together, we’ll work to recognise your relationship’s strengths, better understand recurring patterns, and develop new ways of responding to one another that foster trust, connection, and resilience.
While the Gottman Method provides a valuable framework, I don’t believe relationships can be understood through techniques alone. Every couple brings unique personalities, neurotypes, attachment histories, family experiences, communication styles, and life circumstances into their relationship. My role is to help you understand those influences with curiosity and compassion, while supporting you in building a relationship that feels secure, authentic, and sustainable for both of you.
Sessions are collaborative, balanced, and tailored to the unique needs of your relationship. Whether you’re hoping to reconnect, improve communication, navigate life transitions, rebuild trust after hurt or betrayal, or better understand one another, we’ll work together to create meaningful and lasting change.

Book a Session Get in TouchTherapy Intensives are extended sessions of two to three hours for individuals or couples who would benefit from having more time to explore important issues without feeling constrained by the traditional 50-minute session.
Sessions are available online where appropriate. Learn more about how online counselling works.
For many people, meaningful conversations take time. Rather than stopping just as important insights begin to emerge, Therapy Intensives allow us to stay with the work, explore patterns in greater depth, and develop practical ways forward within a single session.
Many people, including neurodivergent individuals and couples, find that having additional time allows for deeper reflection, more thoughtful communication, and a pace that feels less rushed. It can provide the space needed to process complex emotions, explore relationship dynamics, and integrate new insights without feeling pressured by the clock.
Therapy Intensives may be particularly helpful if you:
Therapy Intensives are individually tailored and available for both individuals and couples. Together, we’ll decide whether this format is the best fit for your goals, your circumstances, and the way you work best.
